Sonya Graywolf, CPA has worked for over a decade within a sports equipment wholesaler and distributor that had an online store. The people that bought as distributors also had their own store. During this time, she worked in the position of both operations manager and controller. The company had its own warehouse, in addition to temporary storage, where inventory was housed. She tracked inventory, oversaw inventory counts, and minimized shortage and shrinkage. If needed, she also temporarily picked, packed, and shipped sales. 

As a CPA, I am responsible for continuing education requirements, which I take each year. Many of those topics relate specifically to ecommerce tax and accounting issues. In addition, I attend webinars hosted by ecommerce influencers and software companies. Finally, I am in courses and a member of industry organizations and companies where I gain current knowledge about the industry.
